The Salisbury University Food Pantry and its operating organization Food for The Flock stems from the Institute for Public Affairs and Civic Engagement (PACE). 10 students from PACE's Presidential Citizen Scholar Program collectively developed in the Food Pantry in 2018. The Food Pantry is one of hundreds of collegiate food panties and food banks around the U.S.
